Our clients' needs are extremely important to us and we recognise that situations requiring input from your insurer or insurance adviser do not always happen during normal office hours.
If you have an emergency or need to make a claim, your insurers will usually have emergency contact numbers, which can be found in your policy documentation. You can also try accessing your insurer's web site for further guidance, information and emergency contact details and some operate 24 hour helplines to assist.
We understand that our clients may need to contact us for guidance during times outside our office opening hours. If you have an urgent matter and need our assistance, you can also call 0845 8623410. This number will attempt to make contact with one or more of our staff but please appreciate that it may not always be possible to connect your call.
