COVID19 - Guidance for Private Clients

All HIA International Ltd staff are temporarily working from home at this time to protect our staff and ensure we can continue to provide you with ongoing service.  We are available on the usual numbers.

My policy is due for renewal soon

You should receive the invitation to renew your policy in the usual way.  There are delays with the normal post system so we are, where possible, trying to communicate with clients electronically as much as we can at this time.

You may find that paying your insurance premiums in monthly instalments may now be a suitable option for you.  Please speak to us if you think this will help.
 

Premium payment options

If you pay your premium by using our Close Brothers Premium Finance facility or an insurer's own instalment plan, we may be able to help you reduce your monthly payments, temporarily, if you are struggling to meet your financial commitments at present.  Please speak to your usual contact for advice.

I'm not driving my car.  What are my options?

You may not be using your car at all whilst the country is following the government advice on social distancing.  Under these circumstances, you may be able to reduce cover and save on premium.  Please speak to your usual contact for advice.
